What exactly is Tradesheet?
It's a spreadsheet system for UK trade businesses that does three jobs in one place: prices a job to a real, profitable margin, tracks that job live as you work it, and captures every variation so nothing gets given away for free. It was built by a working contractor on real jobs — not by a software company.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every option is a one-time payment with lifetime access. You buy it once and it's yours — no monthly fees, ever.
Which option should I buy?
The
£17 Trade Pricing Toolkit is a guide to pricing jobs properly.
Quote Pro (£127) prices jobs and produces professional client quotes.
Job Tracker (£227) adds live job tracking and red/green flags — most people start here.
Complete System (£297) adds the full variations workflow. You can see all four on the
home page.
What software do I need?
The spreadsheet tiers run in Microsoft Excel. They'll also open in Google Sheets or Apple Numbers, but a couple of the automated features are smoothest in Excel. If you can open a spreadsheet, you can run Tradesheet.
Do I need to be good with spreadsheets?
No. You set it up once — enter your labour rates, mark-up and business details — and from then on every quote and dashboard fills itself in. There's a short 'How to use' tab built in.
Will it work for my trade?
Yes — it's built around how trades quote and run jobs, so it works for electrical, plumbing, building, joinery, decorating, groundworks, multi-trade and more. You price with your own rates, so it fits your trade, not a generic template.
Can I put my own logo and colours on it?
Yes. One click recolours the whole system to your brand colour, and you can add your logo — so the quotes and documents your clients see look like your firm, not a template.
How do I get it after I buy?
It's an instant digital download — after checkout you'll get access straight away and a confirmation by email, so you can be up and running the same day.
Can I use it on as many jobs as I want?
Yes — once it's yours you can use it on unlimited jobs for your business, for as long as you like.
What if I get stuck or something isn't working?
Reply to your order confirmation email, or message us on Instagram
@tradesheet.uk — we'll help you get it running.
How is this different from my own spreadsheet?
Most trade spreadsheets price the job and then go quiet until the final account. Tradesheet keeps working after you've won it — tracking hours against your quote, flagging any section that runs over while you can still fix it, and billing every variation. That's the gap that quietly costs trades money, and it's the whole reason it exists.
